We worked with a couple of other agents before meeting Rory at an open house he was showing. One agent we had used just talked so much about himself and moved too slowly for our time frame. Another just did NOT get what we were looking for. On the first day out with Rory he showed me 3 things that we would have been very happy with. We ended up getting our place (which we love) for less than what we actually expected to pay and he got some super cool beds we really liked thrown into the deal. I would recommend him to anyone but especially to snow birds looking in the Siesta Key/Sarasota area. He knows the area, the market and had a good feel for what we were looking for. I also liked the portal he used when we were back in Virginia, keeping us up to date daily on new things appearing on the market. My husband liked his BMW. :) I highly recommend this guy if you don't have a realtor in the Sarasota area.

About Rory McDonald
Originally from Chester in the United Kingdom, Rory emigrated with his wife Leonie to Sarasota back in 2007.Rory's background is in sales and marketing and as an Entrepreneur with a love for all things real estate from a young age. Always keen to take on a challenge and exceed expectations Rory's business acumen led him to the real estate industry in 2013.
